Man's problem has always been, his desire for self rule.

Man can not legislate righteousness, it has been tried before, by God Himself. Even He realised that it was fruitless for faithless men, to attempt, on their own steam, to follow the law. Hence the need for Jesus Christ, the ultimate sacrifice, the Righteous one.
He Who imputes His righteousness to us, that we might be accepted of and All Holy God, because if left to our own righteousness, we would fail every time!

Why are "Christians" still seeking for men to reign over them?
Listen, this type of desire, is going to lead to an even greater delusion, one that shall result in many being led under the rule of the Anti-Christ.

Saints of God divert your zeal for politics, into being a witness for Jesus Christ, before it is too late, and the deception is complete. This world is not our home we are just passing through, wake up saints, wake up!

Let me tell you saints of God, just on the off chance you don't have this inbedded in your soul already, the Lord is Good, and Merciful and Longsuffering and Kind and Gentle, and although He is the Greatest of all, He is not puffed up with Himself, but He is Humble.

He knows His power, and His authority, and He is not afraid to use it, but He uses it for our certain Good, He has no alteria motive because He is the Good Shepherd, and He is the keeper of our souls.

So fear not little sheep, for He is able to keep you and lead you down what ever path He has for your life. You can trust Him with your every step, for he will not lead you astray.

All He requires is that you be Faithful to Him, even, if necessary, unto death.

Jesus just wasn’t into titles. We shouldn’t be either.

I am often asked if I have a title, and my answer doesn’t satisfy
some people. I travel a lot, so I don’t consider myself a pastor. All
kinds of labels have been pinned on me: Reverend, prophet,
apostle … even bishop. Once I was introduced to a church as “Dr.
Grady” and I almost crawled under my seat. I only have a college
degree. There are no letters after my name.

I tell people: “You can call me Lee. Or if you want to sound formal,
you can say, ‘Brother Grady.’”

Today it seems we’ve developed a title fetish. For a while everyone
in charismatic circles was becoming a bishop (and some were
installed into this office with rings, robes and funny-looking hats).
Then the same guys with the pointy hats started calling
themselves apostles. Then the prophets got jealous and started
calling themselves apostles too! I knew one lady who, not to be
outdone, required people to call her “Exalted Prophetess.”

Now the latest fad is requiring church folks to address certain
people as apostles. (As in, “When Apostle Holy Moly arrives,
please only address him as, ‘Apostle,’ and then make sure he is
seated in a private room while his two adjutants, wearing dark
glasses, guard his door.”) They’ve even invented an elaborate
theology to go along with this ridiculous rule. It suggests that you
can’t receive the true anointing from a man of God if you don’t
honor him with the right title.

Sounds so very ooo-ooh spiritual to the naive. But it’s garbage.

Jesus didn’t play this religious game, especially when he was
around the Grand Poobahs of His day—the long-robed scribes and
Pharisees. After accusing them of loving the best seats in the
synagogues, He pointed out that they loved to be called “Rabbi” by
men (see Matt. 23:7).

Then He warned them: “But do not be called Rabbi; for One is
your Teacher, and you are all brothers. … the greatest among you
shall be your servant. Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled;
and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted” (v. 8-12, NASB).

People have quibbled over these words for centuries, insisting that
ecclesiastical titles are not the problem; pride is what Jesus was
rebuking. I would agree that Jesus was going to the root sin. But
He was also asking these title-crazy guys if they’d be willing to
ditch their labels and act like normal people.

When I was in China several years ago, I met some amazing
leaders who had planted thousands of congregations. They had
also spent a lot of time in jail for their faith, and they’d been beaten
with iron rods for preaching the gospel. They were the bravest
apostles I’ve ever met. But when I asked them if they used
“apostle” as a title, one guy said: “We believe in those roles in the
church. But we prefer to call each other ‘brother’ or ‘sister.’”

That settled it for me. A few years later I met Iftakhar, a Pakistani
apostle who has oversight of 900 churches. He also has two scars
on his arm from gunshots fired by Muslim extremists who have put
a price on his head. When I asked him how I should address him,
he smiled and said, “Iftakhar.”

If these two giants of the faith—and true apostles—don’t require to
be addressed with titles, then Your Worshipful Grand Master Rev.
Dr. Bishop Jones (who claims oversight of maybe four churches)
shouldn’t wear his ministry role around his neck like a tacky neon
name badge.

If people can’t see the anointing on your life through your character,
then don’t cheapen the gospel by wearing a title you don’t deserve...

Jesus is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the Son of David, the
Prince of Peace and the Apostle of our Confession. Yet when He
came into this world He laid aside His heavenly glory and took on
the lowly name of Jesus. He wore no fancy robes. He demanded
no titles. He did not come to be ministered to, but to minister. If
we want to serve Him honorably, we must forsake our need for
fame and cast our crowns at His feet.

November Update on Sarah

Update on my daughter Sarah...On October 14th I posted a link to my blog on her latest surgery, and the fact that the specialist said he had never seen any miracle reversals of her condition in her voice box....Quote: ..she is facing another surgery at a later date to permanently open the front of her vocal cords, as "the specialist said that they abscessed while she was in MICU". Evidently, according to the specialist, whilst she had her original breathing tube down through her mouth whilst she was on the ventilator."
We were told:
"Those abscesses have turned to a bone consistency, and according to the specialist, he has never seen any miracle return to normality, no miracle recoveries to normal." end quote
Well, I wanted God to show Himself to that man, I asked the saints to pray, and last tuesday when we took her back to K.C. they looked down her neck with a camera, and there has been a recovery of her voice box, a healing, a miracle..Saints, let me assure you that God can do anything!!!!
They are going to insert a smaller trach tube next week some time and give her 2 weeks to see if she can breath with it caped for long periods of time, then at the end of the two weeks we will take her back to K.C. and hopefully they will then remove the trach from her neck.
Please continue to pray for her salvation.

When ever my heart is sick, and I am distraught at the things I see around me, I think of what my saviour endured...I think on what God has suffered on my account, on those who dispised and rejected Jesus, and spat upon Him, and taunted Him. I then remember that I am being made a partaker of His suffering, in a very small way, that when He is revealed I may rejoice with Him in Glory. If I suffer with Him, I shall also reign with Him!
I also remember that this current world is not all there is, that there is coming a day in which true Godly righetousness shall reign, all evil shall be vanquished by His mighty hand.
So saints although we are counted as sheep for the slaughter, we are more than conquerers through Him that loved us...loved us enough to save our souls, and prepare a place for us that where He is there we may be also!
Though you may be sorely tried, it is for your eternal benefit, that you might be a witness of the Great keeping, and sustaining power, of Almighty God, for He is able to keep those who have been committed to Him!!!
Therefore we hope in Him, though we see no answer, we hope in Him though we see no way out, for faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of which we do not see....

Sermon Index's Live Simulcast Event Oct 21-22, for me was more like the night of the living dead!!!!!

Oh my lands saints, I was sent a link yesterday by Andrew Stroms ministry, to a live stream simulcast “event”, and saints it got me so angry at times, I had to turn down the volume so I could not hear the fakeness in some of the people, especially the so called “worship” leader. He was so not led of the Holy spirit, he was like an actor reading his lines...and looked as interested as if he were reading off his laundry list. He looked over fed, and indulgent of this world's food, and starved of the food of the Lord. There was nothing simultaneous or spirit led about the man, he was an “actor” reading his lines, with different voice inflictions, trying to convince us of his sincerity...it made me want to vomit.... What happened to spirit filled worship leaders? This man has probably worked his way to this position, or been appointed .. he certainly seemed filled with himself...he read everything as the Catholic Priests do, nothing from his heart....so sad! Lord help those poor people under this mans “ministry”.

They had an "entertainer", “singing”, complete with his cowboy hat on, which by the way, does not even custom tell us that a gentleman takes his hat off in the house?
He sang of some woman wearing his ring, this was not even remotely worship, yet to be fair, he was listed in their itinerary as "a singer" ... Dear Lord help this "church" and her leaders! Twice dead!!!!

I tell you saints these people were opening for the likes of..Carter Conlon

David Ravenhill, Al Whittinghill, Keith Daniel, Roger Ellsworth and Paul Washer!

Are these men at all embarrassed about their opening acts?

I had tuned in because I thought oh this ought to be pretty interesting...Oh boy when will I ever learn?

Anything it seems organized by the apostate church system is a stench in the nostrils of God and His children these days!

Carter Conlon came on after the cowboy, looking like a well groomed funeral director, Al Whittinghill came on after the dead "worship" leader, he came on looking like a slick used car sales man..(he does have "good" hair) Oh dear Lord help us!
Such religiousness, such pretence, such arrogance, such self assurance, such pomp and ceremony....were oh Lord, are the humble spirit led servants?

Neither had the courage to address those who opened for them, yet both spoke of the need for the fear of God, and the need for repentance! But what about the need for sincerity and humility, and the leading of the Holy Spirit?

As much as I might liked to have heard some more of what was said, I had to turn if off...
Then I turned it back on and heard some great morsels from the Late Leonard Ravenhills son....
Then Paul Washer had some good morsels as well, howbeit, he is a staunch calvinist, and pointed out the worship is not just "singing" praise.
Amen to that praise must come from the heart, for it is written that God seeks those who will worship Him in Spirit and in truth. We can do that by testifying as well..not just singing...
Amen to that!
I have learned in my years of following the Lord, that I can trust Him alone, and His written word, as understanding it led of the Holy Spirit! Men may have some good words to share, but my trust is in the Lord alone!

Update on Sarahs latest surgery

Update, for all the precious saints who have prayed for my daughter Sarah :

Yesterday, they were able to laser off adhesions from her trachea, and laser the back side of her vocal cords open.

However she is facing another surgery at a later date to permanently open the front of her vocal cords, as the specialist said that they abscessed while she was in MICU. Evidently, according to the specialist, whilst she had her original breathing tube down through her mouth whilst she was on the ventilator.

Those abscesses have turned to a bone consistency, and according to the specialist, he has never seen any miracle return to normality, no miracle recoveries to normal.

So he says she can choose to have her voice, and keep the trachea tube in her neck the rest of her life, or have the vocal cords cut open, via an incision in her neck and have a very weak whisper of a husky voice the rest of her life.

The good news is she won’t have to have her chin sown to her chest, since the major problem is with her voice box...

But!!! since he has said, he has never seen any miracle recoveries in this voice box problem before, you just know that God would love to show him one!

Please continue to pray for Sarah for the Glory of God and the encouragement of others. I love and appreciate all those who have born long with us in Sarah’s situation, May the Lord bless you greatly with heavenly blessings in Glory!!!

Is Ignorance Bliss?

Should we as the children of God be seeking to escape the trials of this world by doping ourselves up with alcohol, or drugs of any kind?
Are we not to lean upon the Lord, are we not to look to Him for our peace and our rest?
Are we not to look to Him for our strength, and our comfort?
"Recreational" drugs...what is with this term?
Recreation: Any pleasurable interest, amusement...
Is that to be the pursuit of the spirit filled child of God..pleasure, amusement?
Are we in an hour in which we are to seek pleasure and amusement? I think not!
Educate your self on the side affects and long term usage of alcohol and recreational drugs saints.....study it out....do not be ignorant of the devices of Satan that entrap men and womens souls. Do not wink at these things.
Pot smoking does lead to long term addiction with some, and it also leads a lot of people to seek an even higher high.
For people who have not spent a great deal of time around addicts, to say that it does not, is to for them to live in ignorance, and to believe a lie from the compromising under belly of the serpent, who loves to say, "Thou shalt not surely die!"
A priest of God should not entangle themselves with the pleasures, and amusements of this world, they should be setting their hearts on the heavenlies.

Believe not every spirit saints of God, try the spirits to see of what source they are, for many deceivers are gone out into the world. Much compromise is going on in the body of Christ in this hour, flee those who would lead you astray from the truth of the Word of God. Cleanse your hearts and purify your minds...Jesus was not a wine bibber or a pot head....He sought to do the fathers will, not His own, He sought to bring Glory to God, not shame....

A word of wisdom

I am sure that like me, many of you have born witness to some amongst the brethren, whom it seems, obviously think that God only holds them personally privy to certain things, as if they have a monopoly on the things of God. Then there are yet others who are fully aware that what they have, is freely given them of God, and it is their reasonable service to God and their fellow brethren, to freely share in return, that the whole body might be edifyed.

Philippians 2:3-4
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

It is for this cause, and in this spirit, that I share a very wise word from a sister in Christ, that I read on facebook today, as she instructed one of the brethren to a better understanding, as to whether or not God has done away with His moral laws in Christ...

I never cease to marvel at how the Lord, in His wisdom uses us all in various ways, and gives us different ways in which to express His eternal truth. Some have the gift of teaching, some a word of wisdom. This quote I believe is a word of wisdom.

The Lord speaks to everyone of His children for their edification and instruction, there is none better than the other. Let none of us ever think more highly of oursleves than we ought, and let us be willing to share unto the edification of the whole body what the Lord freely gives to us all.

It just astounds me how easily people are swayed from the pure truth of the gospel..but then again we have countless "christians" today telling folks, well the scripture doesn't really mean this, it means that, oh that doesn't apply to us, it only applies to them...so many voices, so many opinions, so much confusion, sent from the enemy of our souls.
Satan is more subtile than many have the concept to understand, and he has one plan, and that is to seal your soul saint of God, so beware!

Yet Another Miracle for Sarah

Amongst Sarah's trials and tribulations, she also had a bad tooth, in fact it had broken in half, and was giving her periodic bouts of massive pain, even prior to her hospital stay.

Once out of the hospital we knew she would be facing her hysterectomy within a few weeks time, and thought it best to arrange to get the tooth pulled. I contacted a local dentist, and was told that due to the fact the tooth was broken, it would be classed as a surgical removal, and that it would require $400 up front before they would even see her.

I contacted my son and his wife and they agreed to help Sarah, knowing that she has no dental insurance, and due to her health, and current circumstances plus no income either. So we set the appointment.

Then we went to the hospital for a post surgery check, with the anesthesiologist. We informed him that we were going to get her tooth pulled that week, he advised us against it, saying it might unleash infection into her body, before surgery and that wouldn’t be a good thing, so we cancelled the dental appointment.

Well as it turned out the hospital ended up canceling her surgery which had been rescheduled for Monday June 20th, due to the fact that no one had set her up with a pulmonologist to clear her lungs for surgery. So here we were playing the waiting game once again, yet trusting that God knew best and we must be patient.

On the evening of June 22nd, Sarah asked me to take a look at the gum surrounding her broken tooth, I could see that it was red, and suspected it was becoming abscessed, sure enough by the morning that side of her face was swelled up like a squirrel with a cheek full of nuts. (As you can see her left cheek in the photo was swollen)...I thought, “O Lord, what am I going to do, you know I don’t have $400, and I so don’t want to have to start going through the phone book, trying to find a dentist with enough compassion to be willing to pull the tooth with no money down.

Then just in a flash, the Lord dropped into my mind the name of a local dentist close to us, who we had all seen years ago, like over 20years ago. I looked for his name in the phone book and at first could not find it. I saw his parents number, then decided to browse the back of the book, and saw his office number and dialed it. He answered the phone, I told him Sarah's dilemma, in brief, he said bring her in, and transferred me to his secretary... she told me that they had been having phone trouble the last few days so had been routing all calls to the Doctors cell phone... I knew why they had been having the trouble...because God is Merciful, and he wanted me to be able to appeal to the Doctor, who recognized me because of my accent, and who is by the way a Christian.

I took Sarah into the dentists office at 11:45am, and he took one look and said yes it is abscessed, and needs to come out, it could not under the best of circumstances be saved since it was so damaged. Sarah was really scared, but the dentist was very gentle with her, and I prayed, and soon the bad tooth was out.

The Doctor told us that the anesthesiologist was wrong in regards to the pulling of the tooth before surgery, and that it was more beneficial that it be removed before she had the surgery. So now we knew one other reason God had delayed her surgery.

We then proceeded to the front desk where the secretary told us the total was $215 and it would be fine to make payments.

Saints this was all the hand of God, because He knew she needed this tooth pulled before she had her surgery, He knew we didn’t have the money right then, and He knew He had someone who would do it for less money, Praise His Holy name.

We can trust Him in all things saints...always!

Please continue to pray for Sarah, her recovery is slow due to her underlying conditions of Lupus and degenerative disk disease. Also since the accidental prescription drug overdose, they will no longer prescribe her pain pills for her back, even though I now control all her meds, and keep them in a locked box. She needs another miracle, and God is able saints.

2. "Nature having labor pains"
* Environmentalists will come under heavy criticism.
* There will be major earthquakes.
* There will be a major famine.
* Floods, hurricanes and tornadoes will increase in frequency.
* "A new kind of cosmic storm appearing as a raging fire in the sky leaving a kind of vapor trail."[7]
3. "A flood of filth and a baptism of dirt in America"
* Topless women will appear on television, followed by full nudity.
* Adult, X rated movies will be shown on cable television. Young people will gather at homes to watch this kind of material in groups.
* Sex and the occult will be mixed.
* There will be an acceptance of homosexuality, and the church will even say that it is a God-given gift.
4. "Rebellion in the home"
* "I see the new number one youth problem in America and the world as hatred towards parents."[7]
5. "A persecution madness against truly Spirit filled Christians who love Jesus Christ"
* There will arise a world church consisting of a union between liberal ecumenical Protestants and the Roman Catholic Church, using Christ in name only.
* There will be a hate Christ movement.
* There will be a spiritual awakening behind the Iron and Bamboo Curtains.
6. Others
* There will be another wave of riots.
* There will be a fall in moral conduct.
* There will be a new drug that will be popular with teenagers that will break down resistance and will encourage sexual activity.
* Homosexual and lesbian ministers will be ordained and this will be heralded as a new breed of pioneer.
* There will be occult practices in churches.
