A Wonderous God

Do you know that God knows what your going to think before you think it? Do you know that He knows what you have need of before you realise it? Do you know that God knows the very thoughts and intents of your heart? Do you know that by His Spirit He makes His Word come alive and do a work within us?

Hebrews 4:12-15
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Matthew 6:7-8
But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
Be not ye therefore like unto them: for
your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Psalms 94:11
The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.

I am so very greatful for these atributes of God, because He truly understands our sincerity or lack there of. When our hearts cry out to Him for deliverance, for overcoming power, for strength to get through the next hour or day, He has already answered and prepared a way for us. Before we can ask our fellow believers to join us in prayer, He has the answer prepared. God is always one step ahead of His sheep. He meets the needs of all those who seek Him with all their heart, mind and soul.

Jeremiah 29:13
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
