The Lord used His word to encourage me this morning, I hope this will also encourage you today.
Romans 8:31b-39
……..If God be for us, who can be against us?
32. He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
We are given all things saints that we need to endure in this life, and to overcome the enemy of our soul, and to stand guiltless before the throne of Grace. Every need we have is met in Jesus.
33. Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.
Though all hell may come against us saints, the accuser of the brethren is rendered silent before God who is our justifier, and the rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.
34. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
There is no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus, who walk in His spirit. I thank the Lord that even in the times when we are unable to lift a prayer for ourselves; He is making intercession for us to the Father. He is praying that our faith fail not.
35. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36. As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Saints, Satan roams about daily, seeking whom he may devour. He gathers all the forces at his disposal, in his attempt to bring down the children of God. Can he succeed with one in Christ?….
37. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Nothing saints of God can separate us from the Love of God!
