SUPER VOLCANO & WORMWOOD?

Let me say up front I do not endorse the link I gave here, or some of the things mentioned there in, I just give it as a source of information on the subject.

May I also say that it is not my intention to put fear in peoples hearts.

However as the Word of God says when speaking of all the things that are to come upon the earth in the last days..."What manner of persons ought ye to be..."

2 Peter 3:9-13

9. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

10. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12. Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

13. Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Saints we don't have time down the road to ready our hearts, minds and souls before the Lord..today is the time to get our hearts ready and set aside all our sins, none of us has a promise of tomorrow. You never know when the Lord is going to remove your breath from you, cleanse yourself now, don't put it off. You may never live to see a super volcano, an attack by the Russians, the Chinese or the Muslims...you may go to meet the Lord this very day...be ready for in an hour you think not the son of man shall come.

I now share with this Word in Revelation, for this Word shall surely come to pass:

Revelation 8:5-11
5. And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.

6And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

7The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

8And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

Could this great mountain spoken of here be a super volcano? Perhaps.

9And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

10And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

11And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

Could this star be speaking of an asteroid? Perhaps.

One thing it is not, this wormwood, is referring to Chernobyl, the Russian nuclear plant disaster several years ago. Because these simultaneous heavenly designed disasters are going to destroy a third of the earth. The Chernobyl disaster did not affect a third of the earth.

These things are just something to think on, not to be in fear of, because if you belong to God, your live is hid in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.
