I just checked Drudge for the daily news headlines, and if one were to gage ones mood for the day from those headlines, and if I wasn't a child of God, I (according to The Drudge Report today) probably would be one of the ... 27million Americans on anti-depressants
But we saints are not to keep our eyes glued to this earth, and all the circumstances that surround us...but rather we are to set our hearts on Jesus Christ our soon coming King....We are to remember the indignities, the injustice, the cruelty, the rejection, the loneliness that He suffered setting us the example that we might not faint..... that we might know the fellowship of his suffering...that we understand that we are experiencing a small taste of what He had to suffer for us....We are to seek God, not drown our minds and our souls with anti-depressants.....
Look Satan is in the business of deceiving even the very elect of God, and he has a plethora of ways in which to do this...Depression is one of his ways... He attacks the mind, He attacks our Faith, he attacks our Hope, he attacks our confidence in God...He plays dirty...he doesn't play "fair" we have got to come to understand just who the enemy is... and that it is he who is working to destroy us...but Christ is praying for us that our Faith fail not....
God is Able to do all things and do them well....Stand Fast Saint of God....
