Don't Give Up On God-Trust Him In The Midst of Your Circumstance!

In the midst of our suffering, or while watching the suffering of others, it is sometimes easy to doubt God, and for our faith to become weakened.

In times of great grief, or of great struggle or trial, it is hard to keep strong in our own strength.

It is in these times that we need to draw closer to God, not distance ourselves from Him.

If you feel you have not even the strength to pray, then contact your brothers and sisters in the Lord and ask them to intercede on your behalf.

Read God's Word and allow Him to speak words of encouragement to you.

However if all you can do is cry "Jesus" then take heart-He hears you.

We must always remember that God is allowing us to be tested as Job was tried and tested.

We must always remember that Satan's goal is to rob us of our Faith in God.

Satan will try anything to accomplish this task, so what ever situation your facing always remember this fact.

Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. Psalm 27:14

But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. Job 23:10

If things were to meant to always be peachy keen, for the child of God, then ask yourself "Why would we have so many admonitions to wait on the Lord and be of good courage?"

We can always know that we are not alone in our suffering, and if we have no one to pray with us or for us, Jesus Himself intercedes for His children.

The word of God warns us that we will face trials and tribulations, and persecutions.

Those things are not appealing to most. However they are a reality to those who will live Godly in Christ Jesus.

We shouldn't think it a strange thing and wonder why these things come upon us.

We should take our burdens to the Lord and trust in Him to sustain us, and bring us forth victorious.

Remember Satan’s harassment of Job?
And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou?
Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?
Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.
But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.
Job 1:7-11

Then remember this?
And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand.
So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.
And there was a day when his sons and his daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house:
And there came a messenger unto Job, and said, The oxen were plowing, and the asses feeding beside them:
And the Sabeans fell upon them, and took them away; yea, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword;
and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.
While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.
While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The Chaldeans made out three bands, and fell upon the camels, and have carried them away, yea, and slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.
While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, Thy sons and thy daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house:
And, behold, there came a great wind from the wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, and it fell upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.
Job 1:12-19

Remember what happened next?
Then Job arose
, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped,
And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither:
the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.
In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly
.
Job 1:20-22

This man Job lost all his children whom he loved dearly, his wealth, his means to make more wealth, his home and all his goods. He was struck with a debilitating illness, and he was burdened with a wife, who wanted him to just curse God and die.

God sees us where we are. He does care, don’t listen to Satan’s lies. Wait upon the Lord, He will renew your strength, he loves you!

If Satan is permitted to touch all you have saint of God will you still love Him?

This subject was laid on my heart today saints, so I searched my website and found this word the Lord had given me quite some time ago and shortened it and adapted it for us today.
