Many instances of harassment of citizens are occurring in this country, as we have seen by Pastor Steve Anderson's example.
However in listening to all the videos and audios of this mans account, not once did I hear of Him speaking the Word of God, I heard him mention a quote from some book he had read but not once did I hear him speak of crying out to God, not once did I hear him give credit to God for saving him out of his situation.
Something to think about Saints!
Of what spirit is he?
Try the spirits saints because in this hour many are not being motivated by the Holy Spirit, and if they don't have of His Spirit they are none of His....
I do not believe that this situation pastor Steve got himself into was designed by God, I believe it was of his own fleshly making.
People like this pastor, do not recognize that what is taking place in this country is God's Judgment upon us. Therefore they fight in their flesh, they depend on their own arm to save them, they do not humble themselves before Almighty God, and seek Him for their deliverance. They provoke the powers of evil so that they can stand back and say.."Look at this evil"..... when they and we know of all the conspiracy's and the Evil, and it is here to stay, and grow worse, until Jesus comes!
We are told not to entangle ourselves with the things of this world!
2 Timothy2:3-4
3. Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
4. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
We are to go into battle with the full armour of God on, and in His Name not our own, that He alone might get the Glory and the Honor and the Praise!
Instead people like this pastor seek to place fear, and rebellion into the hearts of the children of God, and look to gather others such as themselves to rebellion, and that not in the name of The Most High God, but rather the constitution. God doesn't give His children a spirit of fear-fear is a tool of Satan.
What part of "Evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse" does this pastor and those like him not understand?
No I am not saying that we should take the mark of the beast!
No I am not saying we shouldn't preach the truth of the gospel-that is our reasonable service!
But if we are to suffer, it should be for the cause of JESUS CHRIST not our own flesh.
Why did Jesus come to this earth?
To set up an earthly kingdom for us all?
To make a democracy?
To make a republic?
To set up socialism?
No He came to cleanse us of our sins, and make us new creatures in Him.
He came that our liberty might be in Him, not in some constitution.
He came that we might realise that this current earth is not our home.
He came that our faith might be in Him, that we might rely 100% on him for our very breath.
Many in this country rely more upon the constitution than they do The Most High God.
Many hold the forefathers in more esteem than they do the Most High God!
Many rely on their own arm to save them and not God.
This is an abomination, and an affront to an All Holy God!
God doesn't want us to be filled with anger and resentment and bitterness.
God doesn't want us inhabited with fear and anxiety over our present circumstances in this country and the world. He wants us to humble ourselves and look to Him to be our deliverer. When we rely on the arm of our own flesh, God turns from us, because we are not in Faith.
Of course we become angered and saddened by the sin around us that we see every day grow worse and worse. However we are not to become faithless, and believe that God is not able to fight for us, that He is not able to deliver us.
He has told us in His Word what this day and hour is to be like-it is an EVIL DAY!
We should not be indignant and surprised and shocked when this EVIL manifests itself in the ways in which it is doing-We should know that our redemption draws nigh-is even at the door!
Saints, again don't listen to man, listen to God, get into the Word and stand on THUS SAITH THE LORD-IT IS WRITTEN- if we do not then we will become like the world and not like our saviour JESUS CHRIST/YESHUA we will not manifest His character and nature but our own!!!
We wonder why we have no power as the body of Christ-because we have no Faith in God-we trust in the arm of our own flesh to save us!

We are at war; not with man but with anti-God forces-spiritual forces of wickedness as you point out. The passage of Scripture you give in II Timothy 2:4 makes this very plain= "No man that warreth (which shows that we ARE at war),
entangleth himself with the affairs of THIS LIFE, (why) so that we please Him who called us to be His soldiers."
Our battle is in the heavenlies, spiritual issues. Those who oppose God are under the influence of the god of this world, Satan and his minions. Our FAITH overcomes the world. Not faith in our abilities, but the faith of Jesus working in and through us. Praise God!
What a set-up He has made! The day when we can all yell to the top of our voices in praise is upon us, even at the door!
If jail is the fate of some in these last days, may we, like Paul and Silas sing praises to Him. The ground will quake, the doors will spring open, and we, like they, will continue on the path He has chosen for us. It is all by His grace.

For the most part the church is asleep,Christians have become complacant and spineless. They have lost ground, Holy Ground. They have forgotten their First Love and war over things of the flesh.
I'm as sure as you both may be, that God is brought to anger over what this Pastor is doing, what His own Children are doing. His Wrath will be just.
May we all renew our minds and cry out to Him to save us from this world...

I have had saints quote a scripture at times in a light that I hadn't viewed it before and it was a blessing.
That is why we need each other, we all have a role to play in the furtherance of HIS kingdom, and that we may all grow into the likeness of Jesus Christ/Yeshua

This man was not being persecuted for the sake of the Gospel. He was given a lawful order by the police officer. It was his choice not to comply with that lawful order and he suffered the consequences of his own decision. The police officer did not ask him to do something that was against God’s commands.
By this man’s own testimony he has shown what is in his heart. Jesus said that we would know them by their fruit. This man is not exhibiting any fruit of the righteousness of Christ. It appears to me that he is only interested in his own righteousness, which is filfthy rags in the eyes of God.
Jesus has overcome the world.
John 10:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
Our peace and security rests with Jesus. The only thing He asks of us is to believe Him. And if we truly believe Him, we will obey Him.
